Secret #1 – Blacksmithing
One of the secrets to making big money on an ongoing basis with the Blacksmithing professions is to make items that need renewing. By doing this you will eventually have an ongoing flow of revenue. A couple of examples of expendable items Blacksmiths can make are sharpening stones and grinding stones.
Secret #2 – Enchanting
Another profession that can make some decent gold in WoW is Enchanting. You’ll find that there is a huge market on all servers for enchanting materials such as Shards and Dust. To make the most profit with this profession you should consider focusing in disenchanting instead of enchanting.
Use disenchanting to make materials to sell to other Enchanters that are not interested (or too lazy) to get the materials themselves.
Secret #3 – Engineering
Like Blacksmithing, the best things to make as an Engineer are the items which are regularly used. Bomb’s, Explosives, and Fireworks and great examples of these.
Secret #4 – Small Pet Vendors
There seems to be a small pet craze going on in WoW. You can cash in on this by collecting a range of small pets throughout Azeroth. You’ll be able to sell these in the Auction House for big financial gains later on.
Another way to cash in on small pets is by farming rare ones. Dragonhawks and Draklings are particularly lucrative.
Secret #5 – Instance Runs
There are a good number of instances in WoW that can be used to farm green items. Sell these in the Auction House or disenchant them for the materials they provide. Once you’ve reached level 70 or above you’ll be able to instances alone, you can make a lot of gold by doing this.
By applying a little time and dedication you’ll be able to use the 5 tips mentioned above to make stacks of Gold in WoW. They are simple tricks but have worked extremely well for a good number of WoW players over the years.
